Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a detail-oriented and organized Systems Solutions Coordinator to support their client in Colorado. This position plays a key role in order processing, inventory tracking, and administrative coordination across various departments. The role ensures smooth operations from order intake through delivery and invoicing.

Responsibilities

  • Process new and used sales orders, monitor inventories, coordinate deliveries, and handle invoicing for equipment and warehouse products.
  • Track and order inventory for new and used equipment and warehouse items.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete files on all orders.
  • Approve and code vendor invoices and address vendor inquiries.
  • Handle credits and re-invoicing when necessary.
  • Register warranties and manage warranty installation documentation.
  • Generate reports and assist in maintaining internal documentation.
  • Order office supplies and sales materials.
  • Provide cross-departmental support as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Up to 2 years of related experience.
  • AutoCAD experience is required.
  • Strong data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working in a sales and/or rental department is preferred.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 1st shift

Benefits

This role offers competitive pay with a range of $22 to $24 per hour. Additional benefits details will be provided upon hire.
